Default How much is a shell like this usually worth?

I really want this mint crx i saw for 500, and I could possibly put my rims, interior, engine on it. I want it Because my sedan is Automatic and the Crx is Manual, I think it would be a better platform to start with, plus its the nice silver color without dents.

It's the 89 d15b2 crx. Don't know what trim level it is.

---
expletive i just noticed this isnt a technical thread, help anyway plz?

Well this will eventually be the shell, the pic on top. if i get the crx and gut the crap out of it.

I will leave everything on except for engine, rims, seats, rearview mirrors, headlights.

Sorry i dont have a pic of it as it should be, im just analyzing cost profits and such before i dig into this new project.
______

the sedan has no dents and a Home-made paintjob by me 2 years ago. Interior was painted black. no rust etc.

No sorry for the misunderstanding. I really want to have a crx. Theyre pretty rare up here.

I used the paintbooth from work, and i already had an air compressor and a Gun, so i went and bought rx8 Blue paint ,hardner, primer,Bondo work and it added up to 300$.

That sedan is clean, you should just keep it and do a swap on that. Otherwise, I'd ask for ~$1000 for it.

See i think i can swap engines over since its already a manual. and with the profit do a Sir front end conversion. I just want to see what i can get out of this shell first.

7. threads that ask "what should I sell my CRX/Civic for?" or "how much is my CRX/Civic worth?" are not allowed and will be deleted. [added on 9/8/06]

QFT.

But honestly, we can't determine how much it's worth as there are many variables that we cannot determine over the internet. It really comes down to how bad the buyer wants the sedan.
