TD Autowerkes 4 inch Aluminum Exhaust, Child-proof

Our most recent fabrication, this is for Damian's sfwd ek. Made of aluminum 4 inch piping using a vibrant 4 inch muffler. Weighs in at only 11.5 lbs, 35 lbs less than your typical steel exhaust.

What do you guys think?

Safe for kids 4-up

I like the one pic where she is holding the exhaust over her head. My friend made a 4in out of steel and I couldn’t get it over my head thing was a ton.

How close to the turbo are you running up with aluminum? And how close *could* you go?

i know eggums downpipe is aluminum....mine meets right past the oil pan!

Yes and it is a beautiful piece. It was such a shame when the TB got stuck open and it blew a 5 inch diameter hole in the dp from sitting on the limiter. This was this summer at 41 during testing, motor was fine from it though.

WELL THIS PIECE IS ALL 1 PIECE......there is no need to divide it to get it over the rear LCA....and since its for my car i dont need to box it to ship it

when we sell them they will include a v-band right before the 1st 90degree bend.....

UPS/ FEDEX/DHL.....wont take a 13-14 foor box.... lol

awesome, does anyone know if a local muffler shop uses aluminum?? I'm very interested in getting a 3" version of one of these fabbed for my car, i guess i'll have to start calling around...
