Crankshaft pulley feels loose and squeaks when turned, replace?

Crankshaft pulley feels loose and squeaks when turned, replace?
I'm currently rebuilding a B16A3 block for boost, i noticed after removing the timing belt that the crankshaft pulley has play in it and makes a squeak. Should I replace it? or just lube it up with WD40?

also, I was told I need GSR rear and driver side engine brackets to bolt up the B16A3 into my '93 del sol si 5spd..
So I don't need B Series mount kit?
