Default Thinking of Polishing my wheels but (theres always a but)

what the hell am i upposed to do to get some centre caps that match if i do polish them?

these are the wheels im considering polishing:

i dunno if the plastic centres cam be made to match a polished wheel. my other idea is polish the face only and do the rest black.

tbh id rather polish them. i may paint them, not sure.

ive done a rocker cover before.. just think they would look cool black or dark grey and polished face. saying that tho i may just repaint them if i cant figure out a way to match the centre caps. hell i dont even have centre caps yet lol

There are some Accord center caps with a metal face (either aluminum or stainless steel, I can't recall) that match a wheel with a machined finish. I think they came on 94-97 Accords among many other Hondas. You could get a set of those and polish them.

Yes, they should. There are a few sizes of center caps like that for Hondas, but I believe you have the easiest size to get. Take good measurements and then hit eBay.

problem there is im nto aware of any factory polished or chromed honda wheels in the UK i think its a USA thing so id have to get caps from the USA.

the whole idea of polishing the wheels or even painting is because i was made redundant and i have too many other things to sort out with the car before i can think about wheels so i wanna do something with the stockers for now because some numpty that owned the car before me decided to paint the wheels black and didnt do a very good job, theres chips in the black paint, its uneven, hell one wheel looks like he started running out of spray paint lol

anyway.. id prefer to polish them because i like the look of polished wheels and i dont mind re-polishing them every once in a while.
