I had some slips on my 2000 black ex. they were gunmetal with a polished lip. they looked pretty good. but i didnt know that rota made the slipstream bigger than a 16 inch and i didnt think they made a 5 spoke either. heres a pic of my old car that may help.

but in my opinion...i dont think theyd look right on the new civic...??

Just thought id give you a few pics that may help you make a descision. even though its a different color wheel.

They look good but I have seen too many black rims around, its like seeing chrome 20's on the 100's of new Altimas around Phoenix. But the red lip on those rotas are a cool touch.

I was thinking about going with some 16's once i get my Si, but if i do they sure as hell are not going to be Rota's. Rota's are good rims for the EG-EK, but definitely not for a brand new 23k dollar car.

Slips are Spoon knockoffs, who outsourced the manufacture to Desmond, in Russia.

Do you like them? Yes? No? Personally, I think that is what is most important. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Personally, I don't think try look that hot. But then, I have been looking for wheel for my Black SI for nearly a year and I still can't find anything I REALLY like.

The ones that you posted are 5 spoke. Did you mean 5 lug?

oops yeah spoon, i always get those two companies mixed up for some reason. i was just looking at some mugens on the fit forum. but the civic has a such a unique body style i havents really seen a wheel that compliments it that well either.
those rota slipstreams give it that "im all about the performance" look to it though.
