Default 74hc373 chip needed when chipping ECU?

The 74hc373 chip goes in the IC4 location right to the left of the big chip(mugen skunk 2, ect...). Anyways, I went to radio shack looking for this chip and I found a 20 pin chip that is labeled 74hct373. On the package is says "Octal D-type transparednt latch; 3 state" then "High-speed CMOS Logic Device." is this thc chip I need?
