there's a number on your citation, call and speak to the representative.

If you pay, you don't have to go to court. If you wanna dispute your case and try to get the charges dropped/reduced, then you go to court.

yeah they usually do that. In my case they lowered the cost but then the court fee made it actually .50 cents more than the ticket would have been, lol. Anyway, by doing this though, you can often reduce the points which can often cost you much more money...

google the place, get the number, call, they'll tell you what to do

if you're worried about points take the DMV driving improvement course (8 hours one day ) and you get +4 from it

the kid is in PA, the traffic law in California doesn't always apply.

instead of listening to someone over the net pulling stuff out of the buttlock you can call the DMV/Highway patrol and have them transfer you a representative that could give you a real answer, remember you paid your share of taxes, now use it.

x2...

I was just about to say the same thing. This stuff, you have to find out at the local level. If you got the ticket from a local cop, you might not get the same answer from Pittsburgh vs. Philly vs. Allentown.

so did you run a yellow light or a red?

I run yellow lights all the time some reason here in houston lights like turning yellow out of the blue then red withend 3 seconds.

withend 50 feet i belive if a light turns yellow on you, then its call pont of no return. Its legal to run it if your going "speed limit" or 5 over.

For me I run them cause I cant slam my brakes for no red light unless there was a car in my way. I do this cause my g/f is 17 weeks pregnant and the belt is near her stomach. I reather get a ticket then kill my unborn child.
