what all has to be done, and does anyone have this done to theirs...........

One of those threads is about a DA and the other a DC.

I woud also consider the H2B. Which uses a H22 motor and a special adapter plate to connect a B series motor, it requires more work but is worth it. Seach in here and the All-Motor forums.
