Default Headlight Wires

Hello All, i am new here to the forums, My fiance has an 05 Accord EX I-4. Her drivers side headlight plug is burnt up, and Honda refuses to honor warentee on this since i used a hyperwhite OEM bulb. Would anyone know the part number on this plug? also would i be able to just replace the plug or do i have to replace the whole harness? Thanks in advance all!

PS.
Also she has angel eye headlamps that she is looking to sell, she no longer wanted them on the car, (even though they looked hot) i will find and post pics soon but if anyone is interetsted let me know!

welcome

Honda refuse to honda the warranty because you did put a higher wattage butt into a electrical part designed to run at much lower wattage.

there's no such thing as OEM hyperwhite blub

the plug is sold with the harness on my generation of accord, if you overload the system and burnt the plug, its a good chance you have a weak spot somewhere in the system as well, there's no general or ballpark rule, just use a Multi-meter and do some leg work with it

and lastly, i found it funny you put a FS ad in your post

Well the bulb i did get said OEM on the box, so i figured what the hell, also that is bogus that they wont cover it under warranty my mazda had work done to it, and i blew two engines that they fixed under warranty, anyway, would anyone know the part number for the harness? its an 05 EX.

And i wasnt sure if you guys had a FS section on here, and shes been trying to get rid of them for a while now, also have 18" chrome AR casino rims for sale as well, have to get pics also. thanks for all your help!

you must troubleshoot your wiring, you can buy a connector and crimping tools or go to a auto electrical shop.

you have to fix it or you end up with a tow truck.
