get a 99-00 SI harness and it will all be plug in play then get a OBD2b LS ecu or a OBD2b conversion harness to OBD1

When I wired in my OBD2A B18B1, I used my stock CX harness, extended the secondary O2 sensor, and replaced the entire intake manifold portion of the wiring harness (sensors, injectors clips, etc).
