nighthawk GS-R's ITR finally revealed.
as a follow up post for nighthawk GS-R....
went to see the car today...put a knot in my stomach when he told me the horror:

Dear assclown riding around in your "legit" hybrid around ny/nj area with the b18c5 from 97-0170... its not legit you fool. Papers? they wont save you from us.
