Sup Kevin

Show us some close up. Due to the fuzzy lens, I can't see whether the shroud is cylindrical or cone shaped.

This retro looks much better than the first one.

Here's a link to some out of many 06+ retrofits done.
http://www.customlightz.com/ga....html

There are a few people who do retrofits on the side. Look at the options and go from there.

EDIT: Let me know how much you are willing to spend on a pnp kit. We get tons of customers with 9006 kits, who got the kit and wish they did it right the first time. I know they want some one to buy their parts. Tell me a price, and I"ll find you a seller.

8000K is a complete waste, and will light the road less than your halogen bulbs.

And that's a really lame *** reason for HIDs, OP. You're increasing other driver's discomfort, making the road more dangerous, and not really getting the decent output that HIDs are known for just because you want blue bulbs.

But if it weren't for cheap people who want the look but dont want to play the game, I guess there would be no point. It's easy to take gullible people's little money instead of smart people's lot of money.

Please reconsider and leave it stock or get a retrofit.

I've gone through a PNP kit, 3 different types of halogens, and an HiR bulb. Believe me, do it right and retrofit or leave it alone.

Please if was cheap i wouldnt have bought a 25,000 brand new car i am not paying close to $1,000 for a retrofit nor do i have the money to spend on something like that so there for i am buying a pnp kit. I see many people have them and they look sick i doubt i will be blinding people to that extent and if i do i am sorry but that will not stop me from buying them i just want the deep blue output is that too much too ask i dont think so.

No retro = blinding as stated above.
And the only reason you HAVE mentioned getting this is

"the cool blue look"

so how can you defend yourself? lol

If you spent 25k on a brand new car and you're "not cheap" I can't believe you'd do something like this to it while it's new. Or you could have actually bought a car with HIDs in them already with that 25k. If a retrofit costs about 1,000 dollars but you can get a "kit" for $200 doesnt that set off an alarm in your head?

Listen to me: When you get aftermarket cheap crap you get aftermarket cheap results. Half the crap I see going into the "hid kit" forum on hidplanet.com is people wondering why their stuff doesn't work. It's because it's cheap crap and it's installed on a car that it wasn't meant to go on without proper harnesses.

It IS too much to ask isn't it. Do you see the glare thrown off by those lights in the pic? That stuff goes right in my eyes when I'm driving, and I get it a lot because every dumb *** ricer in something with 4 wheels will follow me around with those shining on me all the time. I get it head on, in the mirrors, even from the damn sides sometimes. And then you start getting into ridiculous colors like blue and purple, and it's awful.

If you are so concerned about "looking sick" that you disregard the safety and comfort of other drivers it doesn't reflect too well on you...if you're just ignorant it's one thing, but if you ignore the problem that's a different subject.

In other words, don't be one of those people that blind other drivers. There's a word for those people, and I don't feel that you've earned that word quite yet...

I recommend taking up some HID conversion peeps on their services and doing it right. Retro HID setups are tight.

Huh very easy some 1 wants pnp hid's to get the nice blue output so they buy an pnp kit very very simple concept like i said i doubt it will blind people bad. Ive seen people and had a friend with them behind me i was not blind i enjoyed it to tell you the truth who dosent want a retrofit its the best way to do it but this is an alternative for people who arent ballin like type-x and many others.

Sometimes its not about how much... its about doing it right the first time.

Why spend 300 on a kit of PnP... in NYC they crack down on hid in NON hid cars...which is WHY we retrofit

I know steve at XenonDepot personally, i've bought 5 pnp kits through him and he' even sponsored my old si.

But just do it right.

It will cost you close to $800 for a full retro setup. I am doing sets with a core charge. I give you a retro and you give my your headlights. That will cost around $600.

Then bulbs and ballast around 200.00
Ebay is your friend for cheap parts!
