95 ex civic, I have no power to my dash and engine does not turn over when i turn the key. Guessing maybe its the ignition because i have power to my brake lights(so not the battery?). Checked fuses and didn't find any problems but maybe if i knew a specific fuse to look for it would help. Any help would be appreciated.
