I have a used SS 2.5" downpipe that is flared to 3" at the bottom. It has 2 bungs, one for an O2 and a secondary for tuning purpose. It was used on a Lovefab Mini-Me manifold and has a 5 bolt flange. I dont see why it could not be modified to work with antoher manifold. Paid 300 with the purchase of my manifold, and this was A/C Compatible

do you have a pic w/o the header wrap?

where does the 3" section start? it looks like it's to the right of the right O2 bung.

i dont have a pic without the wrap, and yes right at the bung is where the 3" starts
