Will a 8.0 Slick fit on a 6.0 Rim?

I ask because I hear of people throwing them on steelies.
Also, there seems to be alot more slicks available n 8.0 than 7.0.

Also, where do you guys buy yours from?
Anything else besides summitracing or jegs?

What about M & H Racemasters? Any good? Where does one get those?

Yes, you can run 8" wide slicks on 6" wide wheels.

 

13" Wheels...

Well, I really am not sure what size to run. I have 13x6 wheels.
I don't see so many choices out there...

What do you guys suggest for a 13" wheel?

Glad to know I can run an 8" on a 6" rim. That ups my choices a bit.

Sorry, Miguel, but if I were you I'd pick up a set of 13x8 wheels to use for your slicks.

Though I think your 13x6 Bolks are still very cute.

EDIT: Miguel when I said 8" slicks were ok on 6" wide wheels, I was thinking of 14x6 wheels with 22x8x14 slicks. I'd never run 13x6" wheels with 8" wide slicks.
