Go to the dealer and get 3 quarts of honda Z-1 ATF; then remove the drain plug with your 3/8" breaker bar, clean all of the second gear clutch pak off the magnet of the plug. Then reinstall the drain plug using the crush washer; next pour the 3 quarts into the dip stick hole with a long funnel. Taa Daaa all done.
The trans is supposed to take 2.8 quarts, but the extra .2 of a quart won't hurt anything.

Or if its 5 Speed, Get 3 quarts of 75w140 Mobil Gear Oil, pull the drain plug on the bottom, then fill it back up with the fill plug on the front of the tranny,

Fill it up Until its comming out of the fill hole, then let it drain out of the fill hole until its a slow drip..

Or if u wanna give your trany a little help put in 1 Lucas Transmission fix and the rest with the gear oil
