Power door locks stopped working on all doors what to check after...

Power door locks stopped working on all doors what to check after...
checkings the fuses. A co-worker has a '91 Accord where the locks stopped working on all doors and its the same on the passenger side switch. He can hear it clicking like its getting to the fuse box and check it with a multimeter to verify there wasnt a short. Whats the next thing to check?

Is the solenoid behind the drivers door? I was thinking he might need to remove the panel as well anyway.

This happend to my 91 accord too, i was told that on 91's there is a wire on the switch in the drivers door that wears out. All you have to do is resouder it back into the plug.
