Hmmmm? on the older cars you could smear 'shinitsu' grease in the window run channel to help the window slide easier. On the newer cars silicone spray might help.
I'm not sure what is needed for your TOP SECRET year Accord

I am interested in what you end up doing. My '97 does the exact thing. I have gotten to when it is cold outside I don't even try rolling my windows down for anything until it warms up some. They will just stop as you said. Keep me posted.......

i know when mine did that it died about a week later, but i have a 98 coupe. The whole thing inside is this X looking thing with a cheap looking bolt and nut holding it together. When I took it out the bolt had this star look to it and it was bent out of place and fall apart.
warning the window just hit to bottom once that bolt broke. I think it warps a little in the winter then the clicking nose you hear is the gear sliping.
I fixed my driver side one with a basic bolt,2 washer,2 nuts, and a rubber washer about a 1 cc thick.
If i was you take your window out and fix it now before it drops and your stuck with your window open.

Buy shin-itsu grease from the honda dealership or off ebay. I just did this and my windows work perfectly now. Yes they did go up and dows slowly especially in the cold.
Make sure you clean the rubber slides really well then grease them with this, you will be amazed

If greasing the channel doesn't help, do not discount the switch itself. I had a similar problem with mine, and the switch was the culpret, not the motor/regulator.

It's all because we all like driving with our arm out the window.
What?
Yeh, arm out the window.
...and it all comes down to the crud, dust and road grime which collects in the window guide run (rear of the glass).
Watch closely and you'll most likely notice the glass moves more in the front than the rear as you try to operate it. It's literally tilting in the guides as it tries to slide up/down. It's not supposed to do that.
You're really quite lucky so far. these normally progress to the point that the window actually jumps from the guides and refuses to close.
A temporary fix would be to try and remove as much of that buildup as you can. In the past I used denatured alcohol and a .22 caliber brush from my gun cleaning kit. It would last a while, but it would eventually require attention again.
The correct proceedure is to realign the lower window guides and replace the window guide run itself. I DO NOT lubricate this once assembled.
Why?
Lubricants (Other than dry lubes) attract dirt and other contaminants, just what you want to avoid.
