hey are making money from the shipping, so you are paying $120 and ebay will only collect fees from the $20 and not the $100 of the "shipping", it's a normal price if you find these else where for arounf 120-150, hope this helps!

So what are the OEM ones made out of? What kind of difference will I see? Easier to crack, or the paint will be off color, or what?
Is this worth buying or should I hold out for OEM?

I'm wondering the same thing. i'm thinking of buying the rear valences. I am looking at OEM but dont know how well the replicas would hold up. Replicas or OEM?
Last time I had these valences on my car a few years ago they were stolen off my car. So i'm considering buying them again since i like how they look but then again i dont want to have to deal with worrying about them being stolen again but that comes with the territory of owning an R.

The replica's have been known to have extremly poor fitment. I know of someone who picked up a set and they did line up in the rear at all. If your good with working with fiberglass then you probbly will be able to fix them to fit on your bumper.

All the replica's ive seen are fiberglass.
On the OEM ones they should have HONDA stamped on the inside. Ill try to get you a pic of what I am referring to later.

Yea it's pretty easy to tell. OEM's are made with the flexible plastic. Very durable. The fiberglass ones are real stiff, and seem fraile.
You are basically looking for the Honda stamp if you want the genuine peice.

There was one copy out there that seemed better than the rest. I think one of the users here had it, his nick was dc4kid, I think...Try looking up a user by that name...
Oh, and check out his feedback. You could ask any previous rear valence purchasers about the fitment.

I bought a set of replicas from a website, they i think it had silvia in the title.
The fitment is pretty decent for these replicas. There is a small gap but its covered up by the rubber trim.
The replica sideskirts are a tight fit over the stock sideksirts, but they do fit and look oem, u wouldn't be able to notice the difference if you view them froma distance

I found a set of OEM rear valances from a fellow honda-tech member for $240. Seems like a fair price. From what I read from everyone OEM's the way to go!
