Default RPm question

if im driving on the freeway at a constant 75 what should my rpm be?

im driving a 94 accord ex.

Currently im at 2800 rpm at 75mph

my friend witha 3000gt is at 2500 rpm at 75mph.

An apple is not an orange, the final drive has different gear ratios. my legend will have a higher RPM at 75mph than your accord, because of a lower finial drive gear ratio.

If you are driving an auto that sounds about right but i'm not totally sure. My manuel 97 lx runs ~3100 at 75.

On a side note the final drive of your transmission is going to determine your rpm at a certain speed so it will do you no good to compare yourself to a totally different car.
