Default After swap question. Please help.

Okay, I just put a D16Y7 in my 1990 CRX Si. It was running fine for a while, then I blew my main battery fuse tonight. I replaced that, and it runs. Now, whenever I take it over 4k RPM the tach bounces around, my check engine light comes on, my lights flicker, my car studders, and my main relay clicks a few times fairly fast. Anything under 4k is golden, but as soon as I hit 4k, things go bad.

Any ideas of whats wrong? I thought my alternator might be overcharging, but I dont know.

Thanks everyone

I would definitely get your alternator checked out. Are all of your grounds good?
