Odd snapping noise and power issues
I did an oil change on my teg and started the car, and noticed an odd tapping sound coming from the engine, almost like an electric "snap" sound, but not as loud. It's coming from the intake manifold side of the engine, and seems to have a pattern that sounds like: snap, snap, snap, snap, snap-snap-snap
The other issue is the power problem. When my car is on and idling in
ark with the headlights on, I roll down the window (power window) and I notice the rpm dip a tiny bit, and the headlights dim for a bit while the rpm dips, until the car compensates and brings the rpm back to normal (with the switch still pressed). When I release the window switch, the rpm goes back and above the normal idle rpm then goes back to normal.
Any ballpark ideas what could be causing these problems?

Sounds like you might have a spark arking somewhere. You could try and look at it during the night, in complete darkness and see if you see a spark somewhere. How old are your plug wires? Check your battery, starter, and ground connections.
