OK, I need to know if you can take the splined section of the hub/wheel bearing assembly OUT and put it in a new hub/wheel bearing assembly. The reason I ask is, I bought new Hub/Wheel bearing assemblies, but they dont come with splines for the axles. The guy told me that I can take the old spline section out and use it with the new bearing assembly. Anybody know if this is possible?

 

That is absolutely correct. That is what we did when we changed out my wheel bearings.
