I'm definitely going to get the JDM 4-1 Header along with a Carsound Cat, as far as the exhaust system goes...I don't know. I haven't heard of any "quiet" 2.5" exhaust systems and I might just got from JDM 4-1 -> Stock Exhaust and have a little bottle-neck. Dunno for sure though.
