Default which shocks struts should i use 93 integra or 00 civic si ( i plan on getting tein springs )

hey, i have a 93 integra and i want it lowered for not too much money. so i plan on getting some tein s-tech lowering springs. now i have extra stock springs and struts from an 00 civic si, and i heard they are interchangable (my friends upgraded his suspension). so does anyone know which would be better? the integra struts with tein springs or the civic si ones with tein springs. (i'm considering the si ones beacuse they are newer and probably better quality because they are from an si, but i'm not sure.) anyone who has some useful tips or info, please lmk!

thanks!
