I'm gonna say it is one of three things, 1) You are getting too much oil pressure 2) Your oil drain line isn't on enough of an angle that the oil can drain fast enough, remember, oil drain is all gravity. And/or 3) You are a victim of shitty luck and put your oil drain in a place of high oil splashing from the crank weights or journals.
EDIT: Lets see a pic of the oil drain on the turbo end.

My car hung the turbo very low - about 2-3" from turbo's oil outlet to pans inlet. I've never had issues with smoke or oil, and this was a used airesearch turbo. What I have seen is another ebay turbo that someone ran w/o a restrictor for a few thou miles, and when they took it off, the inside housings were both caked in oil.
If I was to guess, you have bad seals, and when the throttle plate opens wider, the extra cfm being pulled in is enough to overcome the seals and pull oil out.
Like any product with absolutely no quality control, there are good ebay turbos, and absolute **** ebay turbos. I'm not trying to make this into a 'ebay turbos suck' thread, just telling you that its the turbo thats fucked and that ebay turbos suck in the same post.
If you were a 9yr old asian kid grinding away at turbo housings to be shipped overseas to the gold-paved streets of the USA, would you take extra care to get the seals within tollerances? I know I'd just be thinking about when I get my monthly dollar from my 'master'/employer.

Having the oil drain at a bad angle will definately cause oil blowby... But with oil shooting out of the hotside.... Yeah, it is like the seal isn't even there.

1- Do you have a restrictor on there? You must run one with CDM turbos
2- That oil return looks to low
Fix those issues and maybe it will stop smoking.

Looks like no one has said it yet so i will. Crank case vetilation prob. I had a slight smoking issue once and after going through the trouble of checking and double checking everything thrice, it was poor crank case ventilation.

Dont buy eBay turbochargers! Thats your problem. Spend the money and do it right the first time and you wont have this problem.
Turbonetics offers a 1 year warranty even on USER error claims. Keep that in mind next time your shopping for a turbocharger.

that turbo probably took a **** on ya bro. In one of the pics I can see a bunch of oil inside the turbo housing. Best beat is to spray everything down with brake cleaner(engine cold) then crank it up and diagnose the leak. Where ever the leak is coming from it has pressure. check the feed line as well.
what size is your oil feed? dont use bigger than a -4 fitting/line, also the return is a gravity feed to your pan, try to have youe return on your pan at the as close to the top of the pan as possible. and try to have it verticial to the return on the turbo.
as everyone has already stated.. oil seals are
only happening under decelleration shows that the oil is leaking (?? squirting!) past the seals under higher pressures
Think I'd be taking that turbo back to where you got it from and demanding a refund!

if that turbo is a used airesearch....then that was a bad investment. I bought one for my prelude and it didnt last no longer than a 1 1/2 month.
get a new turbo. and make sure that feed line is high enough on the pan.
