Default 3rd gen part swapping...(this is important to me)

I just "acquired" a complete 91 Si in good condition but with a blown engine...I want to know what parts I can swap out of the 3rd gen and put on my '87 Prelude Si...im gonna TRY and put the side skits and fenders and bumpers on my car, as well as the complete trunk lid.

So what other parts can I swap into my '87, basically what kind of engine parts can i take off and will things fit on mine?

This is pretty important since I don't really have all that long to do this so any help is very needed.(the guy wants to take it to the junk yard as soon as possible.) Thx.

*edit: oops i meant to say '91 Si....sorry bout that

Sorry, next to nothing will fit.. Too bad that your not a little closer to me, I would love to have that car instead of it going to the junkyard!! I have a Prelude S F22a in the garage with super low mileage I could put in.

first two things - the 87 is a second gen prelude and the 92 is a fourth gen prelude. 88-91 is the third gen, and even those parts won't fit on the 87. the sec, third, and fourth gen preludes are all pretty destinctive in which parts belong to each car. without swapping the whole engine and wiring or doing a total redesign on how body panels bolt up, you can't interchange any of those parts. if you actually have a third gen prelude (91 instead of 92) the body is longer and wider than the 87. the parts will not fit without lots of modifications. if you want a faster, better looking car, buy a newer model.
