Answers: Yes, there are RHD Del Sols, yes, it can be converted, just like any other Civic.
Yes, you can modify another dash to fit, but it won't be the easiest. There is no top defroster duct on the Del Sol, so you'll have to modify the A/C to get the dash to work properly. Add to that the fact that the Del Sol has the dash wrap into the console and into the personal trunks behind the seats, you'll be changing more than just the dash to make it look right.
