My valve cover was at a friends house, sitting in his driveway with aircraft stripper on it over the night last night. He called me today, and informed me that it is now missing. Whoever stole it if you are on Honda-Tech.com. I honestly don't understand why you would steel such a worthless item. Now I have to replace it. Please return it, otherwise if I somehow do find out who you are look forward to lots of pain and torment for the rest of your life, however short it may be. I mean come on it's worth what mabey $25 WTF, I just want it back.

That being said if anybody has a K series valve cover laying around they would like to sell, please get ahold of me. I don't expect the theif to return it, so let me know what you have. The condition doesn't matter it will be repainted.

I'm just floored. WTF is wrong with people????

I hope so too. I beleive theft should carry the death penalty. There is no reason for this ****. IF anybody cmes across one. They say Honda, on the type-R covers, and not Honda Motor Co. like the rest of them. The red paint is stripped now, so it could be any color by the time they sell it. Sackless sacks of ****.

On a side note I just picked up a K series vavle cover freshly stripped and ready for paint.....

When I saw the topic I envisioned someone ripping your hood open and taking the valve cover because they couldn't get the whole engine. Still sucks, though. Was it in sight from the street?

I think my friend has his stock one (usdm) laying around somewhere PM me if you can't find one localy I may be able to send it your way for just shipping costs.

similar case happened to me recently, someone took my free hood that i left outside for some other guy to pick up.

haha i thought the same thing and was like wtf?

seeing as it was in back of his car hidden, sounds like it might have been someone he knew...i wouldnt be too suprised, for some strange reason most of the time it ends up being someone you know.
sad how people dont respect other peoples property. i always work on my car with the garage door closed fearing some ******* might see whats in there and try to break in at a later time.(even though there really aint much)

Yeah the thing is. It was worthless. It was allready stripped, being prepped for paint. Nobody else around here has any K series anyway, except for the people with new RSXes, but none I've seen were modded or anything.
