Default Compatible Suspension for DC

A buddy of mine bought a DC with an air ride on it , got a good deal on it though. Anyway, he's looking to buy a complete spring/strut assembly for the car and ditch the air ride. Are there any other chassis, other than the DC, that share the same spring/strut assembly or that would work? TIA

92-95 civics (I think the 96-00s are slightly different). The civic spring rates are generally a little weaker because its a lighter car.

if he is going to buy new suspension, why wouldn't he buy it for an integra? it is not like you can't get some brands that are offered for other cars. when you take suspension that was made for another car, the spring rates are different, and are meant for that car.

ok here is an idea. go to a website and look at the part numbers for springs and see what part numbers from what cars are the same. the ones that have the same part number are interchangeable.

pretty sure the 92-00 civic and 94-01 integra are "interchangeable" perse, but like i said, it is pretty stupid to buy springs for a civic when they are available for an integra. but i am not positive, because it makes absolutely no sense what-so-ever to not buy springs for an integra.

heres an answer for your question. if its not for DC/EG don't put it on your car. I'm sure you can get an ek suspension to fit but you might run into some problems. I do know the Forks in the front for a DA and DC are different. im not sure about the EK and DC though
