Default Analyze my time slip? 11.6 @ 129 New Personal Best

Took the car to the track tonight to see what I could pull off.

2550 lb, Integra GSR, 450whp/325wtq.
Setup: Bone Stock GSR, ARP Headstuds, Full-Race Stage 2GT Kit, Thermal 3", RC 750cc, Walbro 255lph, TurboXS Dual Stage, Neptune, Evans-Tuned

HUGE Thank You to Jeff and Andrea

The car made more power than I anticipated, and I wasn't able to source out a set a 24.5" slicks in time for tonight, this run was on 23x8x13 M&H's. The 23's were definently too small, car spun through middle of 3rd and I was bouncing off the limiter in 4th before passing the beams.

Wanted to get some input on the timeslip, as well potential E.T.'s with the proper sized slick.

Needless to say I'm very happy with the timeslip, and it was a great way to end the season for me. If weather permits and I can get a set of 24.5's I'll be trying to make it down to Atco before the years out.

Video Update
Here's a link to the video, kind of shaky but got the job done.

THATS A pretty decent pass, def has power the mph shows that, and since it was not a stellar 60ft and 330ft alot can be made up

GET on some 24.5 and u we see alot of improvement, and my 24.5 are still waiting for u to pick up

what psi did you have the 23s? I dont think they should spin as much as you mentioned. Maybe you exaggerated?

I put down 400whp and got a 1.70 60' on 23s and got them to hook real well just gotta get em hot and find the right pressure

Wait, you mean, our dyno doesn't read high???

Congrats, Joel! Awesome job. I know you've been working on those times all year. With more seat time, a bigger tire, and a bit more chassis tweaking you can easily go high 10's with what you've got. You've come a LONG way since the beginning of the year. Now all you need is a good suspension and a diff.

Thanks everyone The tires were at 7.5 psi, I got stuck in an hour worth of traffic on the way down, and was only able to make 2 passes. 7.5 psi was working for me throughou the season on my low boost 325/245, so I figured why not.

Andrea, things definently have come a long way, lol. Thank you again!

you are picking up insane top end speed. I mean 35mh on the back half is no joke.. Get bigger slicks and see what happens

Pretty much what everyone else here said, get that 60ft down to a 1.6 (heck I did a 1.66 on 22's in a heavier car) and you have 10 sec potential.

With a 129mph top end I'd say the car is making every horse the dyno says so it's really just a matter of getting it all to the groubd in the first half of the track.

Congrats though to a real good time.

Adriano, the car is setup with the TurboXS Dual Stage, Neptune takes care of the 2nd stage of boost on the 1-2 shift. I only drove the car on high boost when we went off the dyno for a quick ride around the block, so I can't really say how it feels on the street

I thought I'd be set with an 11 second pass for the end of the season, but with all the words of encouragement I'm going to try and find a set of 24.5's and get down to Atco soon.

Thanks again everyone.

so you like the dual stage. I think i need to try it out. Cause 25psi in 1st and 2nd is pointless on street tires

If you can get that 60' and 330' down your time will come down drastically.

Little update:

Took the car down to E-Town today to get some passes in. Same setup as above, still on the stock block and same power levels; only changes were:

Omni-Power Street 12K (F), Drag 18k (R)
24.5x9x13 M/T on the Lenso's
Bogarts w/ M/T skinnies on the rear

Best run of the day was an 11.2@129.62, with a 1.70 60', car weighed in at 2460 with me in it. Being I haven't driven the car in 4 months, and this pass was my 3rd run of the day, I'm pretty pleased to say the least. Hopefully better times to come very soon

Anyone offer any insight as to what kind of E.T.'s are possible?
