Moroso Oil Pan

Okay I have a brand new moroso GSR steel oil pan tapped for turbo still in plastic from Moroso. Looking for best offer or what ever so let me know. This is the link to the pic.

I am interested in your oil pan, will it fit into a b18b. What clearance do you get around the downpipe. I am having problem blowing my oil pan gasket due to extensive heat coming from the downpipe.
