Factoring both effect and cost:
1) Tires (They are the only part of the car designed to touch the road.)
2) LSD (It doesn't matter how much power you are making if you cannot get traction. The main effect of an LSD is improved cornering ability.)

If he already has a b18c1 then I would assume that he has a gsr tranny. If you are going to upgrade trannys I would reccomend ITR (for LSD) or SI (B16 shorter gears)

i did follow the link but it doesnt let you post anymore, i was wondering if you really need Stoptech Brake Lines, and i was wondering where you got the calipers for $40??

The calipers came from a salvage yard online. http://www.car-part.com
The brake lines are not necessary.
Please use the 92-96 Prelude VTEC calipers if you choose this option. The 5x114.3mm ITR rotors have a 70mm centerbore instead of a 64mm bore. You will also ovelap at least one luge hole by redrilling a 5x114.3mm pattern to a 4x100mm pattern.

Calipers from a Prelude VTEC, the ITR, and some Accord V6s will work. The rotors need to be from a 92-96 Prelude VTEC with the 4x114.3mm lug pattern.
