i would imagine the worst you could have done is just ripped the axle or possibly bent a control arm, either way it wont cost you too much to fix

The control arms are most likely bent. Your car does not have a camber adjustment, yet has some very pronounced camber. This equals bent parts.
BTW: LCA = lower control arm

that sucks, most deff for the back, start lookin for some replacement parts, cause those are DONE.
LCA = lower control arm
and youll need a rear trailing arm..
thats for sure. the other, wait until u put the new pieces on and wait and see how she sit's.
then alignment shop here JOO come
okay so heres the dianosis so far:
Twisted/Bent rear sway bar (stock)
and that bar that comes out of the power steering box and connects to the tie rod.. well the threaded part of the par is bent

After futher accessing it, it seems that my passanger window coesnt line up anymore adn that there may be more damage than it first seemed. I've made a claim wi th my insurance people and a flat bed truck will come and take it in and get it fixed (hopefully) I believe my teg shouldn't be a write off since it has no body damage. It's a 300 dollar deductable and I lose my safe drivers but its well cheaper than paying for the repairs myself

The claim will still fall under collision, so the financial outcome is the same. If you lie, you are setting yourself up for insurance fraud. Heck, there are picturees already in existence on a public website.

The longest block ive ever drove. It was still pouring down rain and my tacO wasnt even on the scale. Pretty much limped my car home trying to keep it on the road

I just wanna know how your rear brake suddenly "locked-up". Brakes don't just magically lock for no reason, and if one is locked up, it's usually cause the slider pin is corroded or not greased and stays that way for a while.
Sounds to me like someone was trying to mad dorifto y0! on public roads in the rain & smucked a curb...
