radiator support fix???
i know its possable to replace the rad support, but how hard is it. my friend knows how to weld so thats not a problem, but how do you line it up and stuff. i got hit yesterday and i need to find out if i can fix it my self or if i need to take it somewhere.
There should be bolts that hold it in place as well. After you remove the original, bolt the new one in to line everything up. Once you get it to the point where everything sits perfectly, have it welded in place. Good luck
good luck it probally is more damage than what you can see.
I would at least have a body shop check the frame.
when my front bulk head was damaged the front frame rails were tweeked a bit.
If you want to save some # take it all apart but let them measure and fix. Then you can reassemble with out any problems.

My radiator support is damaged a little bit and i was thinking about doing the same thing. I wanted to just take off the whole front end and have a body shop pull it out. Hope its not that much
