was up guys.i need help bad.. heres my setup...i blow the d15 motor in my crx and i bought a jdm zc... my d15 was re-wired to si(changed the dual point to multi point and changed manifold)...that was already done when i bought the car...well i installed the zc and got the ecu and what not and im trying to use the same harness... car cranks but does not start..is there anything i need to modify for the swap...the zc came out of a crashed crx.. so the distributor and crank angle sensor i believe have already been wired for usdm..well the harness has four wires going to the ecu for the injectors that were re-wired....so after searching and reading post for months still dont have the answer to my question... does anyone have the ecu pinout from the stock si d15 ecu and also from the Pg7 ecu i am using for the zc...im thinking theres a wiring issue..well thanks for any help in advance..

Is there any spark? You say that the car is wired for the zc dizzy but it wouldn`t hurt to swap the two white wires on the dizzy plug and try it. When i did my swap my car would roll over but no spark. I swaped the white wires, then i had spark.
This is only if you don`t have any spark.

Well to be honest with you bro i hate to track down harness's that have been worked on already cause everyone has their own way of wiring a harness. I wire up Dx to Si harness's all the time i make them as clean as stock look. Have you checked for fuel?Spark?Have you checked timing (TDC)?Valve clearance?Compression test? These are things to look for before assuming its a wiring problem. If you need more help I have pin outs for ecu. I can also make you a fresh harness if you think thats your problem.

thanks guys for all your input...so swap the two white wires on the dizzy side or harness side? i'll give it a try..so you think its not a wiring problem ..timing is good...valve clearence is good but i have done a compression test..so i'll try the white wires tomorrow and let you guys know what happens thanks guys..

a SI wiring harness should work fine thats what is in my bf's 91 hatch Si wiring with a ZC motor but the ECU is an SI too so maybe that could be the problem.
Ok, here's your real answer, don't listen to these FOOLS
LOL
Unless the ZC was from a DPFI-MPFI converted car like yours, the engine harness WILL NEVER WORK.
You need to use the engine harness that came with your car that has already been converted to multipoint. The only thing to change on your old harness, is the external CPS wires. Very easy buddy. 2 wires.
I can spend another 5 minutes typing an explanation why or you can trust me on this.
Refresh: you can't use the harness that came with the ZC, install your old harness and extend 2 wires to the external CPS.
DONE

and make sure the harness is grounded at the thermostat housing or it wont run.

if you knew what dpfi to mpfi conversion was you might understand what we are talking about. His car is not an Si, its a DX/Std Dpfi converted to Mpfi (Si), and then changed to ZC.
and no, an Si harness is not a direct plug and play on the ZC, there are still 2 wires that need to be re-pinned from the dizzy wiring to the CAS/CPS

i hope you dont mean someone from rywire doesnt know what they are talking about. you will learn on here that most everyone gets their harness built by rywire. i cant ever think of any posts about them that said anything other than perfection. just so u know and dont bag on anyone from rywire

Check over your wiring with this guide. I used it and it worked.

check the distributor wiring again when you have a hf or a si crx for each one you have to do the distributor different with the jdm ZC i had the same trouble with mine... i pulled it from an hf and put it in my si but it didn't work... what kind of CRX was that crashed?
