Is this a stock itr axleback?

Just wondering if that is an oem itr axle back? Also it says the inlet is 2.5", i thought the piping was 2.25"? Will this bolt straight on to my comptech exhaust?

I may be wrong but i think in Japan the ITR exhaust is 2.5" and the ITR exhaust in America is 2.25"
