difference between the cams? ITR, GSR, B16

difference between the cams? ITR, GSR, B16
I have a set of cams here, i dont know what they come from, (not a h22) they are VTEC, so b series, i also know there are certain marks on the cams to tell them apart, but i dont know what these marks are or where to look! please help?
