Default All Motor B20 Dyno Graph

This is my new b20 set up. The Blue lines are from the dyno today. The red lines are from my old b20 almost a year ago. I have to buy a new intake mani and throttle body then I should hopefully break 225-230. Enjoy

B20B4 block and B16 head
Darton sleeves
84.5mm wiseco pistons 12:1 compression
Eagle rods
ARP head studs and rod bolts
Ported Head
BC spec 4 cams
Golden Eagle cam gears
Password JDM Intake
Omni power valvetrain
Walboro fuel pump

Im running a stock B16 intake manifold and Thottle body so that really restricting my power and mid range torque. New Mani and TB should also help me make power past 7600 RPM

sucks having a trial put on your profile. Yes I highlighted the lines in paintshop because it was hard to get a real clear picture.

Wheres you vtec set at it looks like to me that it should be set at around 5,000 so your HP line will be smoother. nice setup though

vtec is set about 5600. I thought you move vtec up to keep it from causing a loss in power? The specs are like 2 post above yours.

what header and exhaust? with those cams and a better breathing setup you can get more power.

This was on a dynojet at Intec racing. I am running an RMF header and a straigh through 2.5 inch exhaust. I have a stock b16 IM and TB thats why I had trouble making more power. I ordered an IM and TB from import builders but its been about 4 months now and i havent recieved them. The head is ported and flows great but without the other parts I just cant get enough air in the head fast enough. My old setup was a b20 with a stock head, and lower compression.

Well my car was on the dyno for about 8 hours. I had to put in a new fuel pump and injectors during the tune. Tunning at Intec is like 160 an hour. I had my motor and everything put together there so I got a huge hook up on the dyno time.

Intec will tune your car if you want. However like I said before it expensive. It is also one of the only places around here you can get a dyno tune and their tunner chis is the ****. Call them up and tell them smiley told you to call and they might hook you up. It doesnt matter if you have a full blown race car or just a few bolt ons they will work on your car. If you dont have a crazy setup you probally wont be on the dyno more than an hour.
