i got a greddy , exhurst system on my ride..for some reason is gettin louder and louder.. is there's anyway i can change it and to make it lower..i mean the RPM sound...i know puttin a sliencer in it help.but is there's any other way ??

well test pipe make a diffent ?? or it will make it worst??

if its getting louder, maybe your cat is blown. Get a resonator, that will fix the sound problem

a test pipe will only make it louder.... and thats what you dont want.... so no, a test pipe wont do you good....

 

you probably blew the sound deadening out of either the muffler or the resonator, or even, there may be a crack in the pipe somewhere

 

Am I the only one that wants to critisize this guy for his spelling of EXHAUST? First off... have you checked for any holes? Lol if theres a hole in the piping it will sound like ****, if you check it and there are no holes, check your cat.

 

Don't talk about spelling if you can't spell "criticize" yourself.

As they all mentioned...check for holes. Resonator would def help.

what kind of Resonator is better??? does brand name make a diffent? or either one is fine??
and i have a greddy muffler well that make a diffent if i install Resonator with greddy muffler?

How old is it? Is it a GReddy EVO exhaust? If it is, it is very common for these to rust/rot out and the guts of the muffler come out, making it a louder exhaust....
