I was looking for a thread on here where a guy changed out the fronts springs on his omni power slip on coilovers with a coil spring that was stiffer and longer from ground control. does anyone know the size (length and coil diameter) of the omni power springs off hand?

 

That might depend on the car.

 

when i had omni full coilovers the springs were 2.5" ID and i used 7". i switched mine and never had a problem with springs binding after that. actually they rode even better with the different springs.
