Hey guys - newbie here.. just wanted to get some feedback on a bike i picked up. I got a '84 CB700 Nighthawk for around 600 bucks. Its in good shape, a few cosmetic probs - but its my 1st bike so i'm not worried about it.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever owned one of these? I've been getting into the oldschool honda bikes recently and my uncle found this one for me i jumped on it while i could.

 

I had an '83 CB650 over 10 years ago. It had an exhaust on it that was all wrong. Whenever I tryed togive it more than 50% throttle, it would just die. But, whenever I took out the airfilter, it would haul ***. I owned it for about a month and traded it in for a leftover '93 Suzuki VX800.
