Default Diffrences Between F22 and H22

Sitting in the 94 LX right now is the almighty slow F22B2.
We DONT have any dough to buy a H22 swap.
We want to know compabilities and diffrences between the engines.

Were wondering if an 1995 *YEAR SPECIFIC* Honda H22A DOHC VTEC head would fit the F22 Block, What are the diffrences between the F22 and H22 intake manifolds? Are they completely diffrent manifolds, or are they a manifolds that have similar characteristics but are specific to that head.

Cliffs:
Basically what would we need to swap in a H22 Head is what I need to know?
How about wiring harness and ECU?
Please help us, thanks in advance!
