Alright, i've been trying to get in contact with Danielle for the past couple of weeks in hopes of resolving an issue between the two of us. He last posted on 11/3/2006 and hasnt replied to my pm's or emails. I tried contacting him on Ebay and b4 i take this to PayPal dispute department id like to just solve this without any further headaches on anyones behalf.

So basically im just wondering if any of the members on here are friends with him or might possibly have his AIM screen name or Phone #. He pm'ed me on the 14th saying he hasnt had internet for a few days, but thats all he said and frankly im starting to get very frustrated.

Im not trying to start a flame war or call people out on the forum/make assumptions, i just want to talk to him and figure this BS out cus its been damn near 2 months.

Ok derek marcus and I have found out a few more things.

Firstly, Danielle Semenek is not in the white pages, so originally marcus didn't know where to look for contact info.

if a hondatech admin can get his reverse DNS or his ip addy, there is a good chance you can track him down that way as well..... find his last posts and trace back the IP's.... at the very least, you can find out his ISP and contract them for info on where the IP he was using was located......

shoot, i work for an ISP and we have a massive amount of search tools here.... ill be happy to help anyway i can... i got ripped off once 3 years ago and im still angry about it......

ISPs wont give out any personal information to link you to an IP address, without there being a NSL (national security letter) or a federal subponea. This was a loophole created by the "Patriot Act" that was contested as a violation of privacy laws. That loophole is how people are being charged with illegal downloading music, a private party (record company) does not have the authority to aquire personal information from an ISP without it. I have no clue as to how you aquire a NSL or Fed Subponea to do that, or why music downloads even portain to national security, but I have to bet it has something to do with money and lots of it. Sorry for that little tidbit, but it will be very hard to track down personal information from an ISP even if you have a IP or logged IP address.

ok, let me put it this way.... give me his ip address and the DNS info from where he was posting from the last few times and ill tell you where he is....... dont ask questions plz......

 

DNS info is enough, you can find nationwide DNS servers and figure out where he is....but we already know where he lives so that isnt the problem...
