my transmisson worked fine just until recently when i get two miles down the road the sports drive kicks in and it want go past 2nd gear so i have to reset the computer by disabling the battery for 25 minutes and then hooking it back up that used to work and now its not could you tell me how to disable it or some other advise please im stuck and frustrated!

From your description I'd guess the TCU needs to be replaced

 

its a 91 honda accord & how much would it cost to rewire the whole car

what do you mean by rewire the whole car?

 

it would cost more than the car is worth.
