Default Possible to pass smog?

I have a 93 B18C swapped into my 98 EK. Running an OBD1 chipped P30 but using the wiring harness from my OBD2 EX. I live in California and I have to do "test only" to register by January. I have relatives in OK and AZ who would let me use their address to register in those states. I can pay a few hundred and someone will pass me here in CA. Anyone done this before and know my best option? Thanks.

100% no, you can't pass legally

Problems with your swap:
If you swap, you have to swap in a motor that is the same year or newer
Your car is supposed to be OBD2 and you converted it to OBD1

You're forced from this point on to pay extra for smog tests

I just saw you're from San Diego. At some point you will probably be pulled over and your hood will be popped. They'll write you a ticket and possibly tow your car.

I know I won't pass in CA. I was asking if anyone knew how much easier it is to pass in AZ or OK. I tried looking on the DMV websites but it takes me in circles.

I dropped my ride off with hazw8st peeps, he had my car back within 2 hours, smog exempted for life. hazw8st is deployed in Iraq, but his peeps hooked me up in a couple of hours. All I know is that they took me to the BAR state ref and had my car passed at the ref..... best hookup ever!
