I give it a 9 out of 10.

I like everything about it except one little detail, they should have included one more 6"x6" floor plate.

Other than that, its great for a mail order cage.

I've heard S&W has better fitment. There is less modifying, notching, etc that has to be done. I've looked around and decided to go with S&W, I'll be ordering it soon.

Here is a thread about them from a while back...

I was also in between with S&W and Jegs.

I decided to go with jegs because I heard less bad things about it. I think the price was pretty much the same too.

The notching and fitting is going to be done on every single cage...

S&W makes the best, I've seen both, and my bother was very pleased with their kit for his mr2. Perfect fitment, notched perfectly, nothing was missing, great customer service, and I'm ordering an 8pt for my crx this Jan.

I called and spoke to Safedrives, who sells the S&W, and he said the S&W does not require additional notching.

Wow, I stand corrected.

I figured all kits would require notching/fitting depending on how you install.

He's a trusted source, so I don't think he was just trying to sell me a cage.

I've also heard others say it doesn't require additional notching.

Yeap, like I said, S&W is the best I know of, and is pretty inexpensive.

It's an 87, and at the time they had to custom make it based of our measurement, they offer a premade kit for the newer Gen 2 mr2. I have pics, i'll post them when ever I find them........
