Default 91 Accord LX - Check engine light won't go away

Hello guys, I tried searching around but I am having no luck, either my searching skills suck major donkey or the information is just not out there.

So here is my issue, I just bought a 1991 Accord LX for $600. Of course for $600 I was not expecting a top of the line vehicle but the car is actually in descent shape. The main problem that I'm having is that the 'check engine' light will not go away. I'm only getting 1 code, which is to replace the O2 sensor and I have already done that.
As far as I'm concerned there is only one O2 sensor for this ride, is this not correct? I really don't know what else to do since the sensor has been replaced and I really don't want to pay a mechanic to tell me I need a new O2 sensor, so what I'd like to know is if you guys could tell me how to reset the light, or if there is anything else I should be looking for?
I need emissions done otherwise I wouldn't care at all about the light since the car runs fine. Thank you guys in advance.

Pull the back up fuse for like 5 seconds. It's under the hood.

Yes you only have one O2 sensor too.

hey is there an especific fuse I should be looking for? I'm not too familiar with this car and its components, sorry. Is the fuse box on the drivers' side? passenger side? again, thanks a bunch for your assistance.

should be on the passenger side.. but im not sure... there is a BACK UP fuse for the whole car.. pulling that will reset the light... or i guess you could just disconnect the negative terminal on the car for like 5 seconds and connect it back.. that should reset the light and any codes

make sure u are reading the CEL correctly, u can easily mistaken a 10 for a 1. a 1 is a very quick blink, a 10 is a longer blink. good luck
