Default clutch chatter question

i have a little chatter in first and second gear while taking off from a stop.It will go away after about 4k rpms. When i did the JDM H22 swap i reinstalled my old (fairly new)clutch and flywheel, however i didnt know i had to clean off the flywheel and clutch before installing. My friends dad who is a ASE mechanic said i should have made sure it was cleaned with brake cleaner before installing.Could some grease from my hands be causing this chatter? If i sprayed cleaner through the plug on the block/trans onto the flywheel while pressed help remove the chatter?

depends what kind of condition it was in, but yes I would imagiane so. Its always a good idea to resurface it when you take it out anyway cuz of how much labor is involved for the preludes
