I know the question sounds dum but i cant figure it out...the cluster light shuts off when i signal right (until after the turn and the blinker stops) and sometimes when i turn on high beam...the high beam indicator remains on tho. Any ideas...i already checked all my fuses twice

Yeah, check the wiring for your multifunction switch in the steering column.
